We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for 6 adults and 4 children. First of all, we got an excellent deal by the hotel reservations team special mention to Ms Subbulakshmi. Secondly, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The hotel staff generously extended their buffet dinner timings so that we don’t miss our dinner. The Fern Anjar was an excellent experience of our last travel in the year 2023. My family and I cannot wait to visit The Fern Anjar again.

We had a superb stay. The climate was also very pleasant. Rooms are very good, neat and clean. Food is Amazing. Clean and neat swimming pool. Very good place for photo shoots. The property also has a garden with kids playing area. Also there is a game zone for kids and club house for every one. The property also has a gym, spa, mini theater, in-house clubbing. Only thing they missed with is to offer clubbing and mini theater as a complimentary to the guest who stay there with some specific timings everyday. As many 5 star offer this kind of service to the guest who stay in property as a complimentary. So if this can be done than I am sure that everybody will have a memorable stay at The Fern Royal Anjar. Last and not the least, they have given us a complimentary photo frame which can be kept at home anywhere. This photo frame will make us always remember about The Fern Royal Anjar

One of the best resorts in Kutch region, will definitely give give star to its employees of The Fern Anjar, food was one of the reason for extending my stay. Front office staff was excellent and warm welcoming, cleaning was also up to the standard. Kids too enjoy the gaming zone they have. Kudos to the team and Management specially Naveen for upgrading my room and his personal touch in providing local knowledge of the area.

When I have arrived at the reception desk I was astonished by the view of the surroundings and hall area that hardly is seen in 5 star hotels or resorts. The new year celebration was an tremendous experience worthy of your time. The staff was joyful, jolly and helpful in dealing with the guests. I would like to mention and thank the staff members like Rani and Vicky &all team their cooperation with the guests. HAPPY NEW YEAR

Property needs maintenance. The room had color/wall papers peeling, furniture broken, in the room and in the lobby as well. The room provided was unclean, dust everywhere, bedsheets and pillow and everywhere, we had to ask them to change bedsheets and clean several time. The problem is the attitude of the staff, when we reached, there was no one to help with the luggage, when asked at the reception, their plain answer was get your car to the drop off point off main entrance, and then we will help you, and my car was hardly 10 steps from there in the parking slot, but they denied, and I had to carry my luggage. When asked about the mopping and changing the bedsheet, someone came to change, and he was doing it so arrogantly, as if it was our mistake to ask him, throwing things here and there in the room, and walking over the new bedsheet with his shoes on, to make a new one also more dirty, which we were to use, and for mopping , he did it with dry one, and not the wet one. we paid 4000+ for a night, and the staff attitude was pathetic.

Had a very great experience with the hotel. The most well-spread. Very clean and well maintained. They have a kids play area, clean and maintained swimming pool along with a gym with the facilities. Food was finger licking good. Hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. Thank to Rani and Vicky
